Your right to cancel
For online and phone orders you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Tell us within that period, then return the goods within a further 14 days.
Condition of returns
- Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Made-to-measure, special-order and cut items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Return delivery costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Faulty or damaged items
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery. Faulty items are covered by the manufacturer warranty and your statutory rights; we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
