Delivery charges
Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £500. Orders under £500 are charged by size of item at checkout.
Delivery times
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Made-to-order and special-order items have longer lead times, shown on the product page. We will contact you to arrange delivery of large items.
Kerbside delivery
Large and heavy items (baths, shower trays, furniture, tiles) are delivered to the kerbside by pallet or two-person crew. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Checking your delivery
Please inspect your goods on delivery and sign as damaged if the packaging is damaged. Report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours on 020 3916 5446 or sales@bathroomdealer.com.
Collection
You can collect from our Uxbridge showroom by arrangement.
